As of January 2021 a 10-year fishing moratorium was enacted on the Yangtze River, changing the lifestyle of this family and hundreds of thousands of families who depended upon fishing for their lively hood. This picture was taken in 2012 near the Three Gorges Dam, the largest dam structure in the world.
