DENISE GRECO
Denise Greco is a retired banker with 40 years working experience. She started as a file clerk with the Bank of Nova Scotia and at retirement was an Associate Director with Royal Bank/Royal Trust.
After retiring in 2010, Denise started painting as a new hobby and later took a few classes since she had no background in painting. Over time, this hobby developed into a small personal business with many sales and commissions. The success is mainly due to her relationship with the Franklin Carmichael Art Group (FCAG) in Etobicoke and because of the positive mentoring from its members along with a few very supportive friends.
Since 2013, Denise has entered many juried shows including FCAG, Arts Etobicoke, Color and Form Society of Ontario, the Studios at Assembly Park, Square Foot, Art of Emotions gallery, and her solo show November 2022. She received a professional designation from the Color and Form Society in 2020.
Denise’s love of music is evident in her Fluid Art paintings. She tries to ensure that each piece has interesting movement and joy.
Originally from Bradford, England, Denise now lives in Woodbridge with her son and his family.
